Young leaders placed their major demands towards a ‘Happy Green Sustainable Bangladesh for All by 2041’ to the makers and shakers of policy through Youth Manifesto.
Youth Manifesto is an initiative by IID, under the umbrella of Youth for Policy. It was first initiated in 2013, to bring youth voices in the public policy.
25 young leaders from 18 districts of Bangladesh joined ‘Youth Policy Conclave: Future of Work’, on 23rd & 24th of Feburary 2020, to develop the Youth Manifesto. Through consultation and workshop, key demands under 4 themes came up – equal dignity in every job-sector, eco-friendly development, inclusive and sustainable economy and skills & learning.
