During the COVID-19 home office condition, IID Procurement dept. shifted total procurement management & automation process to online management and cloud based storage so that procurement personnel and all other responsible people can go forward to regular procurement processes online from home very easily. Also presently billing and payment clearance is conducted by notification very easily through ‘Asana’; a cloud based software, where intra team collaboration and communication can conduct from home on a timely basis.
