IID has launched social media campaign once again with an aim to raise awareness on COVID19.
This campaign is very timely, considering that the experts believe the second wave of the COVID19 pandemic is about to hit the country in coming winter. However, the government has recently relaxed travel restrictions all over the country, with shops and offices opening up. So, without proper measures to curb transmission, the situation is likely to become even more dangerous and there’s no possibility of the corona virus outbreak coming to an end.
The campaign, following this years theme of International Day For Universal Access To Information (IDUAI) – ‘Access to information in time of crisis’, hopes to reach large number of audiences.
