Faisal Md. Al Nazir serving as Deputy Director- HR & Admin at IID. He has more than eight years of experience in HRM & Training with both Development and Corporate sectors. His career contribution includes the world’s largest NGO- BRAC, Corporate Head office of Mir Group of companies etc. He secured his BBA from the University of Rajshahi & MBA from the University of Dhaka. He obtained PGD in HRM and received a number of training, workshops, and ToTs.

His prime interest is to develop an organization’s human capital through different learning outfits and create an inclusive learning platform. Boosting output by re-engineering and re-structuring current resources to lead to rapid organizational growth is another area of interest.
